At BLUETTI Fashion, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
